Attorney General Eric Holder telling Congress that Bin Laden will be killed, not tried. Mr. Holder is apparently unaware of the fact that Charles Manson was captured alive, put on trial, and has been in prison for the past forty years. (via mrgan)

I think Neven didn’t read this through. Mr. Holder was trying to explain to conservatives who believe Bin Laden should be treated as a war criminal rather than go through our justice system that Bin Laden should be tried and jailed/executed just like any other mass murderer.
