This Apple-HTC Patent Thing
Android is a far better platform today than it would have been if Apple had never created the iPhone. That, in some sense, is not fair.
To be upfront and very clear, I completely disagree with Apple’s decision to sue HTC. However, it is impossible to argue that Apple completely changed the face of mobile devices the day they introduced the iPhone. There are the phones that existed before the iPhone, and then there are the phones that exist today.
